Whether you are still somewhat independent, just slowing down, wheelchair-bound, family lives out of town or you are in need of complete care, we can assist. But most times, it’s the need to stay in your own home around the people and things you love, while maintaining some independence over your life, for as long as possible.

SERVICES
CARE
Follow up on physician recommendation and perform daily care including medication dispensation.
MEAL PLAN
We make sure meal planning is a critical part of our caregiving experience, to improve general health and work towards reducing diagnosis, if possible.

* Internal care is provided through meal plan, hydration, testing, medication management and light exercise. (When exercise is recommended by physician)
HOUSE KEEPING
We manage the home for upkeep and the daily tasks of housekeeping.

* Provide general housekeeping duties for residents such as organizing, sweeping, doing laundry, cleaning, grocery shopping, changing linen, dusting furniture, changing lightbulbs, filter, and other duties.
SOCIAL ENGAGEMENT
We care for the entire wellbeing of your loved one, including internal, external and social health.

* External care is provided through gentle massage and skin care (If recommended by physician).

* Social care is provided through activities, events and trips at the local community center.
PHYSICIAN APPOINTMENTS
We make appointments and facilitate calls so that loved ones can participate in physician visits.

* Appointment book that tracks all medical (visits, vital, testing’s and medications management).

* Manage medical supplies and medication pick-up
TRANSPORTATION
We transport to make physicians appointments and facilitate calls so that loved ones can participate in physician visits. We also make appointments if loved ones aren’t able to do so.

REDUCING DIAGNOSIS
We provide wound care and work toward reducing the effect of diabetes, hypertension, high blood pressure and other chronic ailments. We provide information to families who might be genetically predisposed of have hereditary risks.
TRANSITION TO ASSISTED LIVING
Assist with the transition from home to assisted living, when ready. We explain the process of assisted living, and list of those in your search area that might suit your needs or Placement Agencies who make the process easier and provide financial information on resources.
COMMUNITY RESOURCES

pricing
We charge monthly for our services. First, we would visit with the family and loved one to determine what care is needed. After which, a price is determined. We also work with families on the budget they have for care. We’ve had full-time clients ranging between $5,000 - $12,000 monthly depending on care and hours needed, and part-time hourly rate below $5,000. Our goal is to try and meet you wherever you are financially, or provide community resource information, if we cannot.
OVERNIGHT STAFFING
Yes, we do provide overnight staff. We also offer Live-in staff as well. Even for those who may not need live-in staff, if we see a need for overnight care for a short period, we are able to provide care for as long as they are needed. Our goal is to meet our clients wherever they need us.
STAFFING
At the helm of our small company, are 6 Lead Caregiver who are experience in areas of care and home management. Our Lead Training Caregiver has worked with the Ritz-Carton Hotel and brings her customer service training and expectation of excellence to our team and families. Our RN has had many years of experience working in various large, assisted living across Maryland. Overall, our goal is to provide the excellence in care you require.
